Delete your CrossAware account

This page explains how to ask SIA "DAGAR", the developer of the CrossAware app, to delete your CrossAware account and the data linked to it. You do not need the app installed to do this.

How to request deletion

In the app (if your app version offers it): open Settings and choose the option to delete your account.

By e-mail (you do not need the app):

1. Send an e-mail to hello@crossaware.com from the e-mail address registered to your CrossAware account.
2. In the e-mail, state that you want your CrossAware account deleted.
3. We confirm and complete the deletion without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. Copies in backups are deleted within a further 30 days.

If you write from a different e-mail address, we may ask you to confirm the request from your registered address, so that we can make sure the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your account: your e-mail address, your hashed password and technical sign-in data.
• Your danger-zone entry/exit history: the zone, whether you entered or left, and the time.
• Your profile: your app settings and the record of your age confirmation and Terms acceptance.

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups: copies of this data may remain in the backups of our database provider Supabase (EU region) for up to 30 days after deletion, and are then deleted.
• Android beta tester list: if you joined the Android beta, your e-mail address in the Google Play tester list and in our e-mail inbox is kept while the beta runs and deleted within 30 days after the public launch. You can leave the beta via Google Play at any time and ask us to remove your address (for example, in the same e-mail).
• Our e-mail correspondence about your request: kept for 3 years after the request is completed, so that we can show that it was handled. It does not include your account data or danger-zone history.

Delete only your danger-zone history

If you want to keep your account and delete only your danger-zone history, open Settings → Data & Privacy in the app and choose Delete my zone event history. This deletes the history immediately. The history is also deleted automatically 90 days after each event.

Šajā lapā ir aprakstīts, kā lūgt SIA „DAGAR”, lietotnes CrossAware izstrādātāju, dzēst tavu CrossAware kontu un ar to saistītos datus. Lai to izdarītu, lietotnei nav jābūt instalētai.

Kā pieprasīt dzēšanu

Lietotnē (ja tavā lietotnes versijā šī iespēja ir pieejama): atver Settings un izvēlies konta dzēšanas iespēju.

Pa e-pastu (lietotne nav vajadzīga):

1. Nosūti e-pastu uz hello@crossaware.com no e-pasta adreses, ar kuru ir reģistrēts tavs CrossAware konts.
2. E-pastā norādi, ka vēlies dzēst savu CrossAware kontu.
3. Mēs apstiprinām un pabeidzam dzēšanu bez nepamatotas kavēšanās un ne vēlāk kā 30 dienu laikā. Kopijas rezerves kopijās tiek dzēstas vēl 30 dienu laikā.

Ja raksti no citas e-pasta adreses, mēs varam lūgt pieprasījumu apstiprināt no reģistrētās adreses, lai pārliecinātos, ka konts ir tavs.

Kas tiek dzēsts

• Tavs konts: tava e-pasta adrese, paroles jaucējvērtība (hash) un tehniskie pieteikšanās dati.
• Tava bīstamo zonu ieeju un izeju vēsture: zona, vai tu tajā iegāji vai no tās izgāji, un laiks.
• Tavs profils: lietotnes iestatījumi un ieraksts par vecuma apstiprinājumu un Lietošanas noteikumu akceptu.

Kas tiek saglabāts un cik ilgi

• Rezerves kopijas: šo datu kopijas var saglabāties mūsu datubāzes pakalpojumu sniedzēja Supabase (ES reģions) rezerves kopijās līdz 30 dienām pēc dzēšanas, un pēc tam tās tiek dzēstas.
• Android beta testētāju saraksts: ja tu pievienojies Android beta testam, tava e-pasta adrese Google Play testētāju sarakstā un mūsu e-pasta pastkastē tiek glabāta, kamēr notiek beta tests, un tiek dzēsta 30 dienu laikā pēc publiskās izlaišanas. Tu jebkurā laikā vari pamest beta testu Google Play un lūgt mums dzēst tavu adresi (piemēram, tajā pašā e-pastā).
• Mūsu sarakste par tavu pieprasījumu: tiek glabāta 3 gadus pēc pieprasījuma izpildes, lai mēs varētu pierādīt, ka tas ir izpildīts. Tajā nav tavu konta datu vai bīstamo zonu vēstures.

Dzēst tikai bīstamo zonu vēsturi

Ja vēlies saglabāt kontu un dzēst tikai bīstamo zonu vēsturi, lietotnē atver Settings → Data & Privacy un izvēlies Delete my zone event history. Vēsture tiek dzēsta uzreiz. Turklāt vēsture tiek automātiski dzēsta 90 dienas pēc katra notikuma.
